I can't access the Adyen POS Application. It says "Credentials invalid".

The most common reasons that you see this message are:

  • Your login credentials are incorrect:
    • Check that your Merchant account, Username and Password have been entered correctly. These login credentials are case sensitive. 
    • If you are trying to log in to a test account, make sure the username ends with :0xfacefeed
    • If you are trying to log in to a live account, make sure your username does not end with :0xfacefeed
  • You don't have the Submit POS payments user role. To activate this role, contact your admin user. If you are the admin user, contact Support.
