Adyen can send platform alerts (known as system messages), including alerts for chargebacks, to your email address.
In order to be able to receive system messages, the Customer Area user needs to have one of the following user permissions/roles:
- Merchant System Messages Role
- Merchant Admin
- Merchant Financial

If the configuration is made on company level, additionally select Include Sub-accounts to ensure you don't miss any messages.
