How can I subscribe to system messages?

In order to be able to receive system messages the customer area user needs to have one of the following user permissions / roles:

  • Merchant Admin
  • Merchant Financial

Then, you can subscribe to system messages per user account based level through Customer Area > Settings > System Messages.

To add a new configuration, select Add

Additionally, if the configuration is made on company level we recommend to select Include child accounts to ensure you don't miss any messages.
