You can find this information in the Monthly Finance Report. You can download these reports from your Customer Area:
- Navigate to Finance > Monthly finance, then select a month.
- For the Format, select XLS.
- Click Generate. When the report has finishing generating, download it from Earlier generated reports by clicking on its Filename.
Once you’ve opened the Monthly Finance Report, navigate to the Monthly overview tab. The amount shown in the Total amount paid out in <month> row has already been paid to your bank account.
Funds that have not been paid out yet are referred to as your end balance. To find out how to calculate your end balance, see What is my month or year end balance?
