How do we defend disputes on Klarna?

For disputes on Klarna, the shopper is entitled to a refund if the delivery of the goods did not happen and you did not send the goods with a track and trace. In that case the chargeback will stand. 

In other cases, you will be contacted by Klarna directly to resolve the dispute before it becomes an actual chargeback with a debit. Therefore, we recommend to check with your Support Teams to ensure that Klarna dispute notification emails are received accordingly and respond to them in a timely manner.
