How can I defend a second chargeback?

A second chargeback can be defended in very limited situations and is actually a final outcome of the dispute (in almost all instances). It stands for that the chargeback is lost.

Therefore, providing documents at this stage is not allowed unless the merchant can proof that the documents were not available previously.
