How can I increase the available funds for doing refunds?

If you want to wire funds into your Adyen account in order to increase your balance available for refunds you can do so following these instructions:

The remittance description for any transfer must include:

  • Exact merchant account name as defined on our platform
  • Purpose of the bank transfer (e.g. "Reserve", "Negative Payable Balance")

A correct remittance description might be:

MerchantXYZ Reserve Balance
