Internet Explorer Error “This page can’t be displayed”

When trying to access the Adyen Customer Area Internet Explorer displays the error message “This page can’t be displayed”.

To access to the Customer Area please switch on TLS 1.2 encryption in Internet Explorer settings

  1. Open Settings -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security.
  2. Set the option “Use TLS 1.2” to on.
  3. Close the dialog by clicking “Apply” and then “OK”.
  4. Reload the Adyen Customer Area.

TLS 1.2 encryption is required for access to the customer area to safeguard payment and customer data.
