How can I change the time zone in Adyen?

There are two different time zones within Adyen:

  1. Customer Area time zone
  2. Platform and Report time zone

To change the Customer Area time zone:

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. In the upper-right corner, hover over the person icon, and select My user.
  3. In the User Account Details section, select the Time Zone that you wish to use.

To change the Platform and Report time zone:

  1. Log in to your Customer Area. 
  2. Go to Account > Settings
  3. Set the Company Schedule (Time Zone) field to the time zone that you wish to use. To configure the time zone at merchant level, switch to your merchant level account from the upper-right account switcher.
