Technical error when downloading a report

Downloading a report in an automated way might result in a technical error:

HTTP 401 = The incorrect username and password is used when downloading the reports. To download reports from the HTTPS server you need to use the specific 'report' user. You can find the report user on the following page:

https://ca-live.adyen.com/ca/ca/login.shtml >> Account >> Users >> @Company.[YourCompanyAccount]

HTTP 403 = This error is returned when trying to download a report which is not generated. This either means that you are too quick and you need to wait for the report to become available. Or the report subscription is not set up. This page provides more information on the set up of the report subscriptions.
