If you are experiencing a refusal reason containing the message “payment details not found”, then check if the initial transaction was processed as a Maestro payment. Maestro branded cards currently do not support recurring transactions due to scheme regulations requiring all Maestro transactions to be processed and authenticated via 3D Secure.
If your business model requires all cards to support recurring transactions, then Maestro branded cards can be disabled. Please contact Adyen Support if you have any questions.
